The breakfast is the perfect start to the day with its fresh fruit juice, cereals, cured meats, farmhouse eggs, mountain cheese and selection of preserves and honeys, the breakfast buffet is not simply a pleasure for the taste buds, it’s also a chance to discover the best local produce, which can also be purchased in the fine-food grocery store. Served from 7.30am to 10.30am in the dining room, or in bedrooms in its classic “continental” version.
At lunch and dinner time, share dishes made from selected seasonal produce. Back from the slopes, take a seat at one of the long tables and enjoy a selection of fine pastries and teas from the fine-food grocery, or sip a drink as you cosy up to the fireplace at cocktail hour.
