Marmotte Penthouse is a luxurious retreat located in the heart of Verbier, just a 4-minute walk to the nearest piste and a mere 9-minute stroll from Place Centrale. This opulent home embodies a harmonious blend of contemporary design and warm alpine charm throughout.
Step into a world of warmth and elegance as you enter the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The ambiance is set by a wood-burning fireplace, casting a cozy glow across the wooden floors and tasteful modern decor. The living space boasts ample seating, inviting you to unwind and enjoy after a day of exploring. The dining table, seating ten, along with the kitchen equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, creates the perfect space for entertaining and gathering with friends and family. Overlooking the kitchen, countertops with high seating offer a lovely spot for morning conversations or après-ski drinks. As the day winds down, the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The generous balcony, adorned with outdoor furnishings, a heater, and plush sheepskins, offers an idyllic setting for al-fresco moments, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Verbier.
The ground floor is also home to the master bedroom, a delightful double room with a luxurious ensuite bath and shower, and his and hers sinks. The room opens onto a shared balcony, offering breathtaking mountain views from sunrise to sunset.
Moving upstairs, discover another beautiful double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, an ensuite shower room, and access to a shared balcony. Also on this floor is a shared bathroom. The quad bunk room, sleeping four children or two adults, is complete with a desk and has access to the back balcony. Additionally, a twin room with an ensuite shower room, his and hers sinks, and access to the shared balcony, offers a tranquil retreat.
The mezzanine floor houses a well-appointed children’s twin bedroom, a cosy TV snug, and a small office.
After a day of exploring Verbier, indulge in relaxation in the private spa room, featuring a lavish sauna and hammam—a perfect remedy for soothing tired muscles. For your skiing essentials, there’s a dedicated ski room equipped with a boot heater and ample storage space.
Both the spa and ski room are private, located in the building two floors down from the apartment.

Verbier is one of our mountain bases for the winter, and a firm favourite of ours, there is a good variety to the pistes so beginners and intermediates can get their teeth into the mountain. The itinerary route’s mean that the less experienced off-piste skier can hone their technique in a more controlled manner, home to the FWT final the resort has a freeride feel about it.
