Etoile Filante is a modern luxury duplex apartment in the high altitude resort of Val d’Isere built in 2016. Located in the new La Canadienne development from Jean-Charles Covarel and designed by the well-known Alpine interior designer Nicky Dobree, it is the perfect destination for families and smaller groups offering affordable luxury in a great location.
Sleeping 9 guests in four bedrooms this property is 167m2 spread over two floors. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and private balcony where you can enjoy views over the Solaise ski area. There is one further double ensuite bedroom and one double/twin ensuite bedroom plus a children’s room with two single bunk beds and a further single bed.
The main living area is located on the lower floor featuring an open plan seating arrangement around a cosy, atmospheric fire place. Adjoining this is an elegant dining room and separate kitchen which opens onto a balcony with mountain views. Upstairs you will find a study area for those who need a quiet space to catch up with some work.
The apartment is located an short walk (8 minutes) to the pistes or alternatively a two minute walk to the free resort bus service taking you straight to the piste.
Etoile Filante means shooting star; a fitting name for this stunning apartment with all the makings of a fabulous ski holiday. To enhance your experience, there is a pre and post arrival concierge, organising every aspect of your holiday on your behalf. There is a welcome reception upon arrival along with daily housekeeping and a mid-week linen change. You will further enjoy Christian Lacroix bathroom products and complimentary slippers and it wouldn’t be a Consensio holiday without a bottle of Perrier Jouet champagne in the fridge.
All other services can be arranged by us from pre-arrival shopping, food delivery service, ski hire, ski guides, lift passes, transfers, nannies, restaurant reservations to resort activities.

Part of the Espace Killy ski region, Val d’Isere is a popular resort for British skiers. The vast ski area offers terrain for all abilities, with over 300km of pistes and excellent snow coverage. Not for the faint-hearted, the confident intermediate or advanced skier can take on the infamous ‘Le Face’ run, which used to function as the Olympic downhill course, and one to visit if you really want to make those legs burn. There are also two nursery areas near the centre of town, making this a great destination for families.
