Chalet Soline
About Chalet Soline
Soline occupies the entire middle floor of our luxury chalet Austria. The property was completed in 2010 and has been built to the highest standards with extensive use of old woods and natural stones. The property has an original 18th century Tyrolean Stube and rich, warm fabrics have been used throughout the property, creating the perfect winter residence. In addition, the dining area is adorned with an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, the apartment is laid out over a single floor and comfortably sleeps 12 people, in five en-suite bedrooms. The property is accessed via the lift or stairs. All the bedrooms and the living area have stunning views from spacious and sunny south west-facing balconies.
The entrance hallway takes you to a lengthy passageway, which leads in one direction to the bedrooms and in the other, to the main living areas. The delightful open plan living and dining area, with a traditional Austrian fireplace, is located at the west end of the property. Its elevated position affords breathtaking views from the balconies and living area.
The well-equipped open plan kitchen overlooks the dining area, which comfortably seats 12. There is a separate TV room, which is comfortable and cozy, perfect for entertaining the children after a hard day on the slopes.
Light floods into the master bedroom, which is extremely spacious. There is an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. There are two further twin/double bedrooms and a twin bedroom all with en-suite facilities. The fifth room is a traditional quad bunkroom with adult size bunk beds. There is a small desk in this room and an en-suite shower room. An additional guest toilet is also located off the main hallway.
Soline has a shared ski locker and boot heating room, which is located on the lower ground floor of the property. In addition, there is a wonderful spa area on the lower ground floor, which has a hammam, sauna, shower, and a relaxation area. This is shared with two other apartments in Chalet Austria.
The property has external parking for two vehicles.
The apartment is sold on a catered or self-catered basis. When taken on a catered basis, the food is prepared in the professional kitchen area in the lower floor of the property and then served by the hosts in the comfort of your own apartment.
The apartment normally has an in-resort driver service from 8:30am – 1.00am when sold on a fully catered basis.

Notes
Widely regarded as having some of the best snow conditions in the Alps, St Anton is known as the ski capital of Austria. The resort has an impressive history with an international clientele, and with plenty of luxury chalets and hotels to choose from you may find yourself somewhat spoilt for choice. The ski area is large with three interconnected areas; Gampen, Galzig and Valluga. Innsbruck is just over an hour away and a fantastic place to spend a long weekend.Continue Reading…
