Nestled in the heart of Courchevel 1850, Chalet l’Arctique offers the ultimate alpine retreat, just meters from the main chair lift and a short stroll to the village centre. Sleeping 10 + 2 guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, this chalet is the perfect blend of modern luxury and alpine charm.

Step into the heart of the home on the inviting top-floor living area, where an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space awaits. Large doors flood the space with mountain light, offering stunning views of the ski lift, village, and the distant Aiguille de Mey. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a double-door American fridge and sleek cabinetry. Gather around the solid walnut dining table, which seats up to 16, illuminated by an impressive tear-drop chandelier, creating a wonderful space for evenings spent with loved ones. The cosy living area features a wrap-around sofa and two velvet armchairs, all centered around a cocoon hanging wood-burning fireplace.

Descend to the next level to discover a luxurious double en-suite bedroom with a shower room and balcony access, offering breathtaking views of the village and mountains. Another double bedroom on this floor includes an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath and balcony access. The third bedroom is a versatile bunk room, sleeping two children, with an en-suite bathroom featuring twin sinks.

Continue down to the next floor, where you will find the master double bedroom, which offers balcony access, a desk, and a cosy seating area for morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom boasts a deep bath perfect for soaking tired muscles and a sleek black marble sink. The second bedroom on this floor is bathed in natural light through two French doors, offering balcony access, with an en-suite bathroom and separate WC. All bedrooms exude a classic alpine chic feel, featuring dark wood, floor-to-ceiling cupboards and LED mirror lighting in the bathrooms.

On the entrance floor, you’ll find a entrance hall with a sitting area for two and a fireplace, as well as a small kitchenette. Ski lockers with boot heaters are conveniently located here, along with the final double bedroom with a 140cm bed and an en-suite shower room. A washer and dryer area adjoins this bedroom but can also be accessed from the hallway.
