Step into your very own private Alpine retreat and experience Italy and the resorts of Cervinia and Zermatt in true luxury. There’s plenty of room to spread out and relax, with six floors covering 1,200 square meters of luxury living space, while privacy is key with seven beautifully-designed ensuite double bedrooms. Your discreet in-house team will take care of everything, so you don’t need to lift a finger.

Spend your days skiing, hiking and making the most of the extraordinary mountain setting, and then relax in our spa with a dip in the 10-metre pool with views of the Matterhorn, or perhaps a sauna and steam before a soak in the stunning outdoor jacuzzi. Children and the young at heart will enjoy the games room, with its state-of-the-art entertainment. A sumptuous dinner prepared by your private chef can be rounded off with a movie screening in the luxury cinema – popcorn and refreshments included, of course.

Each sumptuous, ensuite double bedroom is individually designed and has breathtaking views over the valley or onto the spectacular slopes of the Matterhorn. Sourcing local materials to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, most rooms have their own large, private terraces, furnished with luxurious Minotti furniture. Retreat and relax in your marble-clad bathroom, stocked with luxury skin care products.

Your talented private gourmet chef will be led by you. Whether you prefer relaxed family meals in the open-plan show kitchen, or the finest gastronomic creations in our elegant dining room, he will tailor-make delicious menus for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals to perfectly suit your tastes and needs. Making the most of our extensive wine cellar, and sourcing the finest local, organic and seasonal produce, every meal is an occasion.

Enjoy the unbeatable views from the sunken, 10-metre indoor pool, featuring a partial glass floor and floor-to-ceiling windows looking right onto the spectacular slopes of the Matterhorn. Take a dip and then enjoy the glass-walled steam and sauna rooms, before trying the experience shower, complete with ice bucket for brave souls. Or saunter outside to the large open air steel jacuzzi, again with those towering mountain views and out over Cervinia. Massages and beauty treatments in our luxury chalet can be arranged in the relaxing treatment room, while the extensive gym includes state-of-the-art equipment.

The state-of-the-art ski room is set up with everything you need before and after you tackle the Cervinia slopes, from the throne-like seating and boot and glove warmers, to personal storage for your skis, helmets and clothing.

The chalet La Fenice offers the perfect ski location, Cervinia centre is just a 4 minute drive or 5 minute walk, and the ski lifts a mere 5 minutes drive. There is also an onsite helipad to further explore the mountains.
