Sleeping up to 12 guests, in five individually designed bedrooms, this stand-alone chalet is an exciting newly renovated property in Val d’Isère. A fabulous winter retreat for a large family or group of friends looking to relax and indulge in sophisticated surroundings. Set over three floors, this gorgeous alpine home is brand-new to Val d’Isère for the winter 2021/22 season.
Perfectly positioned in a ski-in ski-out location, meaning you can be on the slopes in a matter of moments from leaving the chalet. The village centre and the Solaise ski lift is only a 5-minute drive away from the chalet, making Chalet Abade ideally situated for exploring the Val d’Isère on and off the slopes.
The entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor where you will find the ski and boot room, complete with heated boot warmers to ensure your ski boots are toasty and warm for a day on the slopes. This is the main bedroom floor where you will find three of the five bedrooms. There are two twin/double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom is a quad bunk bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Also found on this floor is the chalets Hamman and massage room, where you can relax and unwind after a long day on the slopes. The laundry room is on this floor too.
The first floor is dedicated to entertaining, with an open plan living, dining, and kitchen. The stunning living area, with double height ceiling, exposed beams, grand fireplace, and striking chandelier lighting giving a real wow factor. Two sumptuous sofas sit back-to-back; one side allowing you to hunker down in front of the fire and the other giving you the option to watch a movie. The room is flooded with light from the double-height windows, framing the impressive views of the mountains beyond. The views can be enjoyed from the balcony with your morning coffee or a glass of something sparkling after an exciting day on the slopes.
The dining area is set off the living area and is a beautiful setting for dinners with friends and families. The open-plan kitchen looks out over the dining area and has access to one of the terraces. There is a terrace on this floor, with an outdoor tub, where you can soak with a glass of something sparkling after a day on the slopes. A cosy cinema room is set off the hallway, perfect for family movie nights. There is also a guest WC on this floor.
The staircase leads up to the top floor where you will find the impressive master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower, and a private balcony. There is a further twin/double bedroom on this floor with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower.

Part of the Espace Killy ski region, Val d’Isere is a popular resort for British skiers. The vast ski area offers terrain for all abilities, with over 300km of pistes and excellent snow coverage. Not for the faint-hearted, the confident intermediate or advanced skier can take on the infamous ‘Le Face’ run, which used to function as the Olympic downhill course, and one to visit if you really want to make those legs burn. There are also two nursery areas near the centre of town, making this a great destination for families.Explore Val d’Isère
