Completed in 2021, Brunnenhof Penthouse is part of the Brunnenhof Residence, an exciting collection of serviced apartments in the heart of Lech. Following an extensive renovation of all areas of this impressive building, it is now home to 14 stunning and stylish apartments. Every aspect of the renovation has been carefully planned and executed to combine everything you would want from an alpine home. The residence also boasts luxurious shared facilities including an indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and treatment room. Tapping into Lech’s incredible skiing and glamorous restaurant and social scene, the Brunnenhof residence is the ideal base for an unforgettable stay in Lech.

Set over one floor, there are four bedrooms, sleeping up to ten guests. This upscale penthouse apartment has a beautiful open plan living area has double height ceilings and is decorated with warm tones and atmospheric lighting. The living area sits adjacent to the dining area, with two large comfortable sofas and floor to ceiling windows bathing the room in warm winter light. Through the double glass doors you can access the balcony where you will find incredible views on the mountains and the surrounding valley. The dining table seats ten guests comfortably, the glass pendant statement lighting adds to sophisticated ambience. The smart and modern kitchen that is well equipped and has a small breakfast bar. There is also a separate TV room located behind the open plan living area, where you can enjoy a movie.

The first of the four bedrooms is the spacious double master bedroom, with en-suite shower room. There are a further two double bedrooms, both bedrooms have amazing skylight windows above the bed, where you can gaze at the stars or the snow falling. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and one has an en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The final bedroom is beautiful and spacious double bedroom with bunk bed, ideal for a family with small children who like to have them close by, there is also an en-suite shower room for this bedroom. All the bedrooms are finished to the same high standard and will leave you feeling rested and refreshed.

The incredible shared spa and swimming pool can be found on the lower group floor of the building and are the perfect place to get some laps in before heading out on the slopes.

Brunnenhof is located only a short 5-minute walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift. The village centre is also only a 10-minute walk away, where you will find a sophisticated atmosphere, with stylish boutiques and restaurants.

The luxury Lech apartment can be taken on a self-catered, BnB or accommodation only basis. The apartment comes with one parking space.
