Ultima Prestige Residences
About Ultima Prestige Residences
The Ultima Collection comprises of 13 Residences on the side of the Belvedere piste leading down to 1650. The Prestige residences (180m2) are located next to the piste just a few steps to the slopes from the ski room.
Accommodating up to eight guests, each Prestige Four-Bedroom Residence features an open-plan living area, a mountain-facing balcony, and four en-suite bedrooms with marble bathrooms and dressing areas.
Guests also have access to an incredible spa which is shared with seven other residences. Facilities include an outdoor heated pool, hammam, sauna, well-equipped gym, and several treatment rooms. Room service is included but it is also possible to make a reservation in Ultima’s restaurant where you can enjoy a tipple or two at the lobby bar as well.
A boutique ski store is available on site for in-house fittings and rental and there is a stylish ski room with plenty of storage available too. A ski butler will get your group’s gear ready and await your return from the slopes with warm tea.

Notes
If you are looking for ski in/ski out accommodation within proximity to the beginners’ area and some lively après on a sunny terrace, Courchevel 1650 ticks all the boxes. This really is a great choice for a family holiday or for anyone looking to enjoy the 3 Vallees without all the fur and caviar of neighboring 1850. The blue/red runs leading down to the resort are a great way to finish a long day before relaxing on the terrace of the Portetta hotel for a well earnt après beverage. However, there is also the option of night skiing if you don’t feel like you have done enough in the daytime hours.
Explore Courchevel 1650* Great for young families
* Convenient transfers
* Ski in/ski out
* Largest water park in Europe
* Good bars and restaurants
