Accessed via a gated driveway, The Sapphire Estate comprises of 2,100sqm of private grounds offering both seclusion and privacy. Chalet Sapphire has six bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. Its wraparound terraces, vast socialising spaces and picture-perfect mountain views create the idyllic setting for a luxury ski holiday. The spa is expansive with its indoor swimming pool overlooking the Morzine valley, a hammam, ice chamber, fully-equipped gym and treatment room.
Only a few steps away is the adjacent annexe of Little Gem, a generous two-bedroom property with a spacious open-plan living area.
The location of The Sapphire Estate is one of a kind. Moments from the centre of Morzine the gated grounds offer exceptional access to the ski area as well as privacy and stunning views. Plus, only a 5 minute level walk to the bars, restaurants and boutiques of the village centre.
The closest ski lift, Super Morzine is just 500m away, taking less than 5 minutes in a chauffeured vehicle. The high altitude skiing of Avoriaz is best accessed from the Prodains Telepherique which is a 5 minute drive away. The Sapphire Estate enjoys easy access to Morzine, Les Gets and Avoriaz that all form part of the gigantic Portes du Soleil – one of the largest ski areas in the world.

With its proximity to Geneva, Morzine is an excellent destination for those looking for a ski weekend away or a family looking to avoid the hassle of a lengthy transfer. Part of the huge Porte du Soleil ski region, there’s plenty of terrain for all abilities, however, due to its altitude, early and late season snow coverage can be limited. The town itself is full of beautiful French, slate stone buildings and a delightful riverside promenade. There’s an excellent selection of bars and restaurants and a great après ski vibe throughout the resort.
