About La Source
La Source has a very unique layout over six floors with the stair well in the centre of the property and the rock face behind it. You enter the property via the boot-room, from there you enter the lower atrium with the backdrop of the rock face and wine cellar. Off to the right is the spa room with the alpine sauna.
As you climb the stairs there are 2 double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first landing. Up the next level there is a further 2 double/twin bedrooms leading off the next landing with the visitor’s bathroom. The unique design of the bedrooms allows for three families to be in residence with complete privacy.
The back drop to both landings is the Stag Bar. With its glass floor and walls made from the bare rock face it’s a unique place to enjoy an après drink or two!
On the subsequent floor you arrive at the heart of the chalet – the open plan kitchen/dining area. Flooded with daylight, sitting at the solid oak table with its cool colorful dining chairs, enjoy the views across the valley to the Pleney slopes.
When the weather is fine open the patio doors to the large balcony and enjoy that fresh mountain air with your morning croissant. Back in the kitchen there are all the modern amenities including two large fridges, two ovens and a dishwasher. The pantry is off the main kitchen and is designed for preparation and storage.
Up again and you enter the sitting room with its wonderful open log fire and floor to ceiling windows. Watch TV, use the WIFI to browse the internet, read a book, play a board game – this is a room for some serious relaxing. Sliding doors open out on to another large balcony with its breathtaking views. In addition the walls of the chalet are covered with a modern art collection for you to enjoy.
Heading across the sitting room and out of the back of the chalet on to a raised wooden deck you will find the fantastically positioned hot tub. And finally, nestled up in the eaves is the master bedroom suite.
Located in a prime position just over Morzine’s iconic bridge giving access to the town centre and its shops, bars and restaurants and the Super Morzine lift.

With its proximity to Geneva, Morzine is an excellent destination for those looking for a ski weekend away or a family looking to avoid the hassle of a lengthy transfer. Part of the huge Porte du Soleil ski region, there’s plenty of terrain for all abilities, however, due to its altitude, early and late season snow coverage can be limited. The town itself is full of beautiful French, slate stone buildings and a delightful riverside promenade. There’s an excellent selection of bars and restaurants and a great après ski vibe throughout the resort.Explore Morzine
