About Ultima North Resort
Five luxury residences (four 5 bedroom – Approx. 220 sq. meters and one 4 bedroom – Approx. 180 sq. meters) are found just above the main resort, 200 metres from the idyllic ski slopes. While the residences are connected, they offer complete privacy, with access to our state-of-the-art spa, front desk, and valet parking.
Guests receive the Ultima Signature Service, which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in their residence by our team, access to our shared shuttle service within Courchevel, a morning and evening housekeeping service and a 24/7 room service menu, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea. All refreshed daily.
A boutique ski store is available on-site for rentals, plus a ski storage area. This resort has a fully equipped spa shared with the other five residences. It leads to a gymnasium, hammam, sauna, an indoor heated pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. Treatments can be booked upon request.
We are delighted to welcome guests and their friends or family in our private dining room available for up to 25 persons. Our on-site concierge is happy to organise a personal chef for lunch, dedicated butler, nanny, and activities such as ski lessons for them at request.
Perfectly positioned in the heart of the world’s finest ski region, Ultima Courchevel Belvédère is a prestigious resort made up of 13 private residences, a mountainfacing private dining room on privatisation and two spas. And, for the signature Ultima experience, there’s also access to indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, hammam and jacuzzi — perfect for resting those mountain legs.

If you are looking for ski in/ski out accommodation within proximity to the beginners’ area and some lively après on a sunny terrace, Courchevel 1650 ticks all the boxes. This really is a great choice for a family holiday or for anyone looking to enjoy the 3 Vallees without all the fur and caviar of neighboring 1850. The blue/red runs leading down to the resort are a great way to finish a long day before relaxing on the terrace of the Portetta hotel for a well earnt après beverage. However, there is also the option of night skiing if you don’t feel like you have done enough in the daytime hours.
