About Chalet Inuit
Sleeping up to 12 guests, in five individually designed bedrooms, this stand-alone chalet is a fabulous winter retreat. Its discreet location, set into the side of the mountain on the edge of the forest above Val d’Isère, and offers incredible views of the snowy peaks across the valley.
The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor, where you will find the ski room with a boot warmer and plenty of room for skis and snowboards. The first of the five bedrooms are on this floor, with a double-height ceiling and two huge windows giving the feeling of waking up amongst the alpine forest. The bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, a shared separate WC, and a large balcony with stunning snowy views to wake up to. There is also a guest WC on this floor.
Taking the stairs down you will find the chalets stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining area has been designed to create a welcoming, warm, and relaxing entertainment area. The bank of large windows at the end of the room frame the views of the snowy mountains beyond. The large open fireplace is the focal point of the room, framed by open bookshelves on either side. The bespoke corner sofa with sheepskins adds to the room’s cozy and tranquil atmosphere. The stylish round marble dining table seats eight guests comfortably and the open-plan layout of the rooms allows for fireside dining. The kitchen is tucked behind the staircase giving it a private feel without leaving whoever is cooking feeling out of the loop. On this floor, there is also the second bedroom, the family suite, comprising of a twin/double bed and children’s bunk beds, with an en-suite shower room.
The wooden staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where one of the highlights of the chalet is found, its tranquil spa area. With a large sunken hot tub, spacious sauna and a relaxation area, the spa is the ideal place to indulge in some well-earned self-care. It has been beautifully finished with a combination of aged wood and stone, creating a haven of relaxation. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, both with en-suite bathrooms, free-standing baths, and separate showers. The laundry room is also located on this floor.
The top floor of the chalet is where you will find the final of the five bedrooms. With double-height ceilings and a picture window at the end of the bed, allowing you to take in the alpine views from the bed. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a shared separate WC on the floor below. Each bedroom in the chalet is fitted with its own Smart TV.

Part of the Espace Killy ski region, Val d’Isere is a popular resort for British skiers. The vast ski area offers terrain for all abilities, with over 300km of pistes and excellent snow coverage. Not for the faint-hearted, the confident intermediate or advanced skier can take on the infamous ‘Le Face’ run, which used to function as the Olympic downhill course, and one to visit if you really want to make those legs burn.
