Aviemore
About Aviemore
Named after a small village in the Scottish Highlands that’s serves the Cairngorm ski area, aspects of the owners heritage is warmly reflected throughout the apartment. The 130m² of living space is offset by grand alpine architecture thoughtfully designed to balance style and comfort.
There is 1 x master en suite bedroom, 2 x double/twin bedrooms, one with en suite, and a 4th bunk room ideal for kids, to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The spacious living area benefits from superb views overlooking the piste and at Aviemore’s Scottish heart you will find an Après-Ski Whisky Bar.
On the terrace there is a hot tub for some much needed post-ski recovery after day exploring the vast Portes du Soleil. However, if you prefer, situated just behind the apartment complex is the 4* Chalet Hotel Crychar that features a highly reputable wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, stream room, gym and ice fountain.
Aviemore’s unique location not only benefits from being a proper Ski-In/Ski-Out property but is conveniently sonly a stone’s throw from the town centre. It is the ideal destination for any type of ski-holiday be it a family break or friend-cation.
To minimise hassle, the apartment has its own ski cabin to store skis, boards and boots and is equipped with a ‘Wintersteiger’ glove drier to ensure warm hands every morning.

Notes
A charming old farming town (there is still the weekly market in town), Les Gets is a great destination for families. Geneva is just over an hour away, making the transfer easy and opens the resort up for the possibility of long weekends. The resort isn’t particularly high in terms of altitude and therefore snow conditions can be occasionally a touch ‘hit and miss’ during early and late season. However, being part of the Porte du Soleil ski region there is easy access to neighbouring Avoriaz, which is almost as snow-sure as you can get.
