Our Chief Eric Samson 1 star in the Michelin’s Guide (in his restaurant) welcomes you in our 3 restaurants, proposing a wide variety of tastes for a fabulous experience with Truffe and local specialities. All our restaurants are decorated in a luxury, modern and cozy style.

Clients on Half-Board basis can choose between the 2 restaurants for dinner as per the following formulas.

L’Atelier d’Eric

This restaurant will offer a 5 courses dinner menu included in the half board as well as “à la carte” selection including starter and sweet buffet.

Le Diamant Noir

This restaurant will offer “à la carte” selection with gastronomic meals and especialy with Truffe the Chef’s speciality. A credit per adult (€35) and per child (€15) is available as part of the half-board package.

La Cave

A unique concept with a large choice of local specialty around the cheese and also a large choice of tasty wines.

A lounge-bar with a musical ambiance, is also offering an exceptional experience during days and evenings, close to the fireplace.

Our south facing panoramic terrace is a must as it is sunny all day long and having an amazing and exceptional view on both the resort and the surroundings.
